Hi everyone!

I am a little late with these prompts since February is already halfway. I plan to offer a steady stream of creative writing and poetry prompts here on A Gentle Quill. If you've been browsing through the blog you will have noticed that I already add some themed writing prompts in the posts. There are also newsletter inclusive prompts added to every newsletter (so be sure to subscribe to the newsletter if these interest you) and from now on, you can also expect creative writing prompts and poetry prompts at the beginning of every month.

For this month, I have chosen 5 creative writing prompts and 10 poetry prompts to spark inspiration within you. The prompts shared are designed to stretch your imagination and invite you to explore new perspectives. Hopefully, they will nudge you toward an untapped corner of your imagination. I encourage you to use them flexibly. Feel free to adapt them, twist them, and follow them with curiosity wherever they lead.
